Although we were familiar with the concept of voice over IP we were wary about whether it would work for us here in Spain. However even when we have been using the softphone with our IP line UK clients have said the line quality is much better than our standard Telefonica line. I have purchased and installed the service on my Mac and it has already made a substantial differrence to how easy it is for me to work outside the office. And you made it so easy to sign up and it’s great value. I don’t think people know there is a solution to the problem of outgoing server issues. I have told 2 people in 2 days about the service and they couldn’t wait to sign up.
