As an IT provider, I have been looking into the possibility of providing VOIP services to my customers. We spent many months looking for a reliable, user friendly system, and a company willing to work with us as a reseller.
Many providers we dismissed immediately due to the overpriced services they offered. We tested some other providers however found there technical support staff to be very unhelpful or there VOIP system was not developed to a point where it was usable in a business environment.
