Analysis and history of Gradwell’s VoIP service:

By inputting the heading ‘VoIP providers’, Crocodile Systems’ Brian Mattey learned about a range of VoIP systems, and made further research. “Our important requirement was a Virtual PBX – and Gradwell helped satisfied such a need,” comments the company’s MD Brian Mattey.

Set-up was simple, and relatively quick: “I found all I needed on Gradwell’s website,” says Brian.

The performance of Gradwell’s VoIP has made the decision very worthwhile: “Gradwell’s VoIP has most definitely helped. Key is ability to have extensions that link geographically diverse locations.”

“For example, one of our directors lives in Germany and he can now be “in the office” all the time.”

Have there been any problems so far with the service? “We have suffered from the documented problem during peak hours with lost connections etc - but this appears to have been sorted-out OK,” comments Brian.

“There was also a chunk of downtime one day a couple of weeks ago, which again was sorted-out. We also occasionally suffer assorted quality problems – but we are NAT at the moment so we plan to soon move to public IP as per Gradwell recommendations.”

“So far the benefits of a Virtual PBX far outweigh the problems - and as time goes by, things seem to be getting even better.”
